Rental Consideration
| |
| |
In Malaysia, most of the rental cases are from private owners. The price of the |
| |
rental unit vary in decor even if it's in the same apartment or condominium. |
| |
Finding a good rental owner in Malaysia is important. |
|
|
| |
Most rental are annual contract based. For those who wish to rent for a short |
| |
term period (eg 3 months). The rental property is very limited for short-term |
| |
rental. |
|
|
| |
A deposit of two months is needed for the annual contract rent. The deposit |
| |
costs from RM500 to RM1000. The Realtor's Commission costs around RM200 |
| |
for either half or per month. The annual subscription fee is also needed for |
| |
short-term rental between 1 to 3 months. |
|
|
| |
It is strongly recommended that you inspect the property before you rent it. |
| |
Negotiating with the tenants regarding the property condition is possible. |
