Established as a company to support longstay and MM2H of Japanese people in Penang in April ,1999
Published "Penang Living Guide Book" in Japanese together with Nichima Press, Malaysia
Commenced the work of sponsoring the applicants of Retirement Visa of Malaysia, Silver-haired visa and subsequently Malaysia My Second Home program in April, 2002.
Obtained Inbound Tour Operator license in Feb, 2003 and started many longstay inspection tours and golf tours of Malaysia.
Became the lounge which was officially recognized by Japan Longstay Foundation in Nov, 2003.
Expand the operation to Kuala Lumpur in Feb, 2006. Kuala Lumpur office also became the lounge recognized by Japan longstay foundation.
Published new edition of Penang Living Guidebook in 2006.
