- The MD, Mr. Ishihara Shotaro, has been Malaysia for the past 18years and became Permanent Resident of Malaysia in 1998. He has been speakers of many seminars in Japan which were organized by Tourism Malaysia, Japan Long-stay Foundation, Japan Malaysia Association, Asahi Newspaper, JTB, Kinki Nippon Tourists, Jyosai University and so on.
- Mr. Ishihara also spoke during MM2H symposium held in Penang PISA in March, 2007 and Malaysia Property Home Affair held in KL convention centre in July 2007&2008. He is also a speaker of Malaysia Property Seminar in April 2008.
- Mr. Ishihara was appointed as Japanese advisor to Malaysia Property Incorporated(MPI), Malaysia Government’s Subsidiary to promote Malaysian Properties oversea. He is also a committee member of FIABCI Malaysia Penang.
